CLICK HERE to book your appointment. You will be charged a non-refundable $15 deposit to confirm the appointment. Overnight appointments over 10 miles will be charged the entire mobile fee before confirmation. Full payment is due at the visit before the notorial act is recorded. Cards only, no cash or checks will be accepted.

Mobile Fee

The Mobile Fee is $30 for appointments between 8 AM and 8 PM PLUS $1/mile. or $60 for appointments between 8 PM and 8 AM PLUS $1/mile. Institutions (correctional facilities, government buildings, hospitals, etc.) are an extra $100 fee. To ensure accurate documentation and government compliance, Avery Notary must have a minimum of two hour's notice before booking an appointment. Notary will not meet at churches, schools, or universities. A $15 non-refundable deposit is required against your mobile fee to book an appointment.
